Manage team access, roles, and permissions across your organisation. Control who can create, view, and manage assessments.
What It Does
User Management lets organisation admins invite team members, assign roles, and control access to assessments and sites. Five roles provide granular permission control: Super Admin (full platform access), Org Admin (manage org, create users/sites), Site Manager (manage assigned site), Assessor (complete assessments), Viewer (read-only).
Why It Matters
Proper access control ensures data security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Different team members need different levels of access — stakeholders don't need editing rights, and assessors shouldn't manage billing.
How to Use It
Org admins navigate to Manage Users from the user menu. Click Invite User, enter their email, select a role, and assign them to a site. Users receive an email invitation to set up their account. Roles can be changed at any time.
Best Practices
Follow the principle of least privilege — give users the minimum role needed. Use Viewer for executives and stakeholders. Use Assessor for team members completing assessments. Use Site Manager for site-level supervisors.
